Creswell Crags is a beautiful limestone gorge on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It features a fascinating network of caves, and some of the tools and remains found within have been dated back to the last Ice Age. The address is: Creswell Crags Museum and Visitors Centre, Crags Road, Welbeck, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 3LH.

There is a large car park near the visitors’ centre, and there are also public transport options. You can find out more about getting to the site here: https://www.creswell-crags.org.uk/visit-us/map-and-directions
