Hedgerows, farming and everything in between: An online talk (new date)

By Lewis Townsend
31st May 2022

The final online talk in our series takes place on Thursday 7th July, with CPRE’s Agricultural Lead exploring hedgerows and farming. This is a rescheduled date from the original of Wednesday 15th June.

Hedgerows, farming and everything in between poster

We love hedgerows at CPRE. They’re incredibly important – for the countryside, its wildlife, and our climate. Not only does CPRE have an ongoing campaign which seeks to increase our hedgerow network, but various CPRE groups are undertaking their own hedgerow planting projects too – including us at CPRE Derbyshire – find out more here.

But, why are hedgerows so important? And how can they represent a positive future for farming? Find out with CPRE’s Agricultural Lead Graeme Willis in this insightful and topical talk.

As with all talks in this series, tickets are free and the event is hosted on Zoom, with a start time of 6:30pm.

Please note, if you are not able to make this revised date but still wish to see the talk, please email us and we’ll send you a recording after the event has finished.
